In this workshop, we explore the reverse mentoring paradigm as an innovative strategy to help empower women in tech. By leveraging the reciprocal knowledge transfer between early-in-career and seasoned professionals, reverse mentoring fosters a symbiotic learning environment. This program will explore how such reverse mentorship programs can contribute to the augmentation of women's influence, impact, and professional development in technical domains. We contend that this unconventional mentoring model can challenge preconceived notions of expertise, helping to dismantle hierarchical barriers and promote gender equity within the rapidly evolving tech industry.
